Samitee Member Photo ID-Cards Correction | Updation Process


MEMBERS PHOTO ID-CARD PROCESS



 All member's ID cards have been removed from the site keeping the security in mind. If a member wants to see his Samitee member photo ID card, then click on his name in the list of given names then he will see his photo ID card. The details of all the members' ID cards have been kept confidential so that no one can misuse them. 

 Instruction given below of how to check/ See the Samitee Members Photo ID Card 

 STEP - 1. 

 Go To the Nausari Gram Sudhar Samitee Member's List Below as shown in the Image

Then, Click on any of the Member's Name  given in the list

and after clicking on the name the member photo ID Card appear on the Screen.

If a member of a committee does not have an ID card. And and he wish to apply for ID card. So he can apply by following the guidelines given in the Samitee site.

The guidelines for the application of the Samitee Member's ID card are as follows.


  1. If a member wants to apply for a member ID card, he must first apply in writing  along with the member ID card form given in the site.
  2. Fee Rs. 500/-
  3. Download the Samitee Member’s Photo ID Card form and fill the instructions given in the form.
  4. Two Passport Size Photos
  5. Attached one ID Proof (Pan Card, Driving Lisence, Aadhar Card, Election ID Card) etc.,



Samitee Member Photo ID-Cards Correction | Updation Process



If there is an error in the ID card of a member and he wants to correct/update the same, then he has to follow the guidelines given below by the Samitee.

  1. Written application for correction in Member's Photo ID Card
  2. Download the Samitee Member’s Photo ID Card form and fill the instructions given in the form.
  3. Two Passport Size Photos
  4. Samitee Member Photo ID Card Correction/ Updation Fee Rs. 500/-
