1. The swearing-in ceremony was held on August 15, 2009, at the residence of Chairman Shri Vikram Singh Rana Ji, 103, 104A with joyousness and party.
2. Information for newly appointed Executive (2009-2011).
3. On 16.08.2009, write a letter to the following ministers, taking fierce action against Khalwa Pokhari Motor Road under the Gram Sabha Budhana of development block Jakholi.

4. 30.09.2009 To appraise the honorable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Government about the problems arising in naval aging under Rudraprayag district like-
1. Drinking water problem.
2. Regarding teachers lying vacant in all departments in Government Inter College Budhana.
3. With respect to compensation of damaged lands on the Gorti-Tyankhar motorway.
4. In connection with expanding the regular buses going from Dilrali to Ghansali to Mayali or Jakholi blocks.
5. With regard to providing proper medical care in Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Hospital, Srinagar Garhwal.
6. Due to a lack of proper medical treatment in Jakholi Block (Rudra Prayag), all these letters (were sent to Manwar Chief Minister).

On 28.10.2009, again with respect to the medical system (Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Hospital, Government Eater College, Budhna, and Ramashram Degree College, in relation to the posts of vacant teachers, as well as the problem of drinking water and compensation of Gorti Tayokhar Motor Road. 6. On 26.12.2009, the wishes of New Year 2010 were sent to the Kabina Matri, Government, Administration, or Government of India matras of Uttarakhand.
7. Letter dated 26.01.2010 to Hon'ble Shri Diwakar Bhatt Ji Revenue and Food Minister, regarding food supply quantity per person or per household received by the Government.
8. On 26.01.2010, the Honorable Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat ji, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, was informed about the information about the best varieties of seeds. In which the government provided complete information to the institution.
9. On 25.04.2010, the institution wrote a letter to the District Officer regarding compensation in which the area woman named Ek Linga Budhna Lasya, Maya Devi Ji was attacked by a bear while going to the forest and the woman suffered severe injuries.
10. On 25.04.2010, a letter was written to the development of block officers in the institution regarding the construction of the Panchayat building.
11. Wrote a letter to the Principal with reference to the post of vacant teachers in Government College Budna on 25.04.2010.
12. 25.04.2010 After the Treasurer Mr. Mahavir Singh Rana Ji was absent in six seats of the institution, the organization issued a show-cause notice and to which he was dismissed from the executive for non-response.

17. A list of body members was sent to the Saraswati Vidha Mandir to Assistant Registrar Farm Society and Chits Dehradun on 15.06.2010 who were elected impartial on 09.05.2010.
18. On 11.07.2010, upon the retirement of Shri Ram Singh Rana ji, the founder of the institution Drahra Sanstha, a grand party was organized in which all the members were present and presented a shawl to Shri Rana ji through the institution and also Citation was awarded.
19. On 30.07.2011, letters were sent to Smt. Puranandeshwari Ji, Minister of Human Resource Development and Kapil Sibal, Minister of Human Resource Development, Government of India, regarding the result of Science in getting a 0% result in aging in Government Inter College.
20. On 02.09.2010, a letter was sent to Senior Post Master Gopeshwar Uttarakhand regarding the appointment of the postman, on which immediate action was taken.
21. On 20.12.2010, again the Honorable Chief Minister (Uttarakhand) wrote a letter regarding the extension of regular buses going from Delhi to Ghansali.
22. On 20.12.2010, a letter sent to Hon'ble Chief Minister (Uttarakhand) ji regarding Gorti Tayokhar Motor Road.
23. On 20.12.2010 New Year 2011, greeting messages were sent to the Government Administration, Government of Uttarakhand, and Government of India.
24. On 14.12.2010, a letter was sent to the National Commission for Women regarding the dowry killing of Makani Devi wife of Kakreda Gram Sabha of Chakreda Gram Sabha of Patti Nelchami under Tehri Garhwal district.
25. 28.01.2011 Salary of new teachers was revised in Saraswati Vidha Mandir Nausari.
26. On 18.04.2011, the organization congratulated the Drara newcomer Ramlila Kamethi Maharagaon on the successful conduct of his grand Ramlila.
27. On 18.04.2011, a letter was written to Shri Rajendra Bhandari, Minister of State for Panchayati Raj in the context of the division of Gram Sabha into two Gram Sabha.
28. 18.04.2011 letter sent to the district official district Rudraprayag regarding compensation of Gorti Tayokhar Motor Road.
29. On 29.04.2011, Tehri Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag Jan Vikas Parishad President Shri Gambhir Singh Negi sent good wishes on his retirement from service and once he was elected Chairman.
